Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of aircraft to ensure their safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with manufacturer manuals, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to identify any issues or discrepancies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to determine the cause of malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Replace or repair defective components and systems, including engines, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and avionics equipment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including maintenance logs, work orders, and service reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the maintenance team and communicate professionally with pilots, crew members, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an FAA-approved aviation maintenance technician program preferred.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic certificate required.
• 3 years of experience working as an aircraft maintenance technician preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
