Job Description:

We are hiring a Buyer II to support dynamic supply chain operations within a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll manage procurement activities from supplier selection to order fulfillment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of critical hardware such as fasteners, fittings, and other components. You’ll prepare and manage purchase orders using systems like Coupa and Costpoint, track supplier performance, and collaborate with logistics to support material flow across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of tactical procurement experience, preferably in aerospace or defense, and possess strong negotiation skills, a keen attention to detail, and an ability to multitask under tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required, and certifications such as APICS, CPM, or CSCP are highly desirable. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes pride in driving efficiency, resolving supply issues, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain.
Compensation: $50/hr.
