BAE Systems is seeking a motivated, self-driven, Systems Engineer for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Forces acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other evolving business pursuits. This Systems Engineering position is a unique opportunity to develop Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) architecture models for existing and new acquisitions efforts.
This new ICBM program will design, develop, produce, and deploy new payload system suites (reentry vehicles and/or countermeasures). The key payload attributes include enhancements in accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) interoperable operations. Program activities will also include the employment of digital acquisitions through the application of digital engineering, agile software development, and open systems architectures.
