What does the role look like?
This role is integral to improve the effectiveness of the UK Engineering organisation.
The project engineer is required to deliver strategically important central engineering projects to address critical compliance requirements, increase process maturity and improve efficiency for the full engineering team
What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
Continuous Improvement in Engineering
• Key process maturity
• Facilitating and leading events
• Control Tower metric owner
• Owner of relevant Engineering procedures
• AS Engineering CORE Council member
• Goal Alignment activities
• Leading other CI activities, such as 7S, SIPOC, Visual Management, kaizen implementation, turnback analysis, escape RRCA, CI communications, digitisation projects
• Monitoring of Engineering Compliance Procedures
