About the role
As an Operations Control Center Agent you will be responsible to accurately update all QACC related requests received from customers (QR and other airlines, Lounges, QR Group Customers) via email into ERP system/SharePoint. Generate and validate Catering Delivery Notes (CDN) for all outgoing QACC services as per the ERP system codes for invoicing propose.
Responsibilities
- Receive scheduled airlines passenger and crew loads, special meal requests via email and update into SharePoint accessible to all required operational departments to act accordingly.
- Communicate short notice passenger load changes and urgent catering requests (aircraft change/aircraft technical issue) to all concerned departments to action on the required changes.
- Update revised flight schedules, Passenger load and Special meal requests into JDE ERP system to generate operational reports and catering delivery notes for invoicing purpose.
- Update and maintain non-airline customers special requests logs into shared point and validate accuracy of the information.
- Reconcile daily catering delivery notes at the end of the day to ensure all provided services are recorded and generated in ERP system.
- Coordinate with OCC Supervisor on manual requests from various internal and external customers and further communicate with required departments to accomplish the task.
- Assist team to carry out OCC core functions by receiving information via email, phone, radio and action accordingly and communicate further to the DS/DO where necessary.
- Ensure to produce cabin crew handover documents as per scheduled flight departure time and deliver to flight handling team on timely manner.
- Monitor generic email of respective shift and action as per the SOP.
- Maintain and update other Airline referral documents into the SharePoint.
- Extract infant passenger counts from QOSMOS system and coordinate with Assembly department for further handling.
- Update the records of Cargo Freighter wet lease aircrafts to ensure meals and equipment are delivered as requested.
- Scan all manual documents Catering Delivery Notes (CDN)/Kosher Meal (KSML)/Handover Sheet from Amiri team and highlight for any discrepancies.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
About you
- High School or Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Possess HACCP Certificate
- Possess Airline Security Training
- Experience in handling food product
- Exposure in Airline catering procedures
