- A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive airline training records or related experience
- At least a High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations as they pertain to Crewmember training records and regulations
Special Demands:
- Evening and weekend shifts may be required

- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent teaching and facilitator skills
- Capable of implementing, revising and maintaining records system
- Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be a self-starter and solution oriented
- Demonstrated leadership performance accomplishments in a planning and/or administration capacity is a plus.
- Must possess the personal integrity and administrative skills to gain the confidence of the crewmember work force.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills
Salary Range: $52,500 - $71,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
