$21.63-$30.28/Hour

Responsibilities:
Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks using established work instructions and engineering drawings
Execute composite bagging, forming, bonding, and drilling processes
Conduct tooling preparation and machine setup/operation for production tasks
Operate fabrication equipment and support overhead crane operations
Ensure all activities meet quality, safety, and production standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Experience or training in composite fabrication
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
Familiarity with machine operation in a manufacturing setting
